About the materials:
Gembone is a dinosaur bone that has become mineralized over millions of years. During fossilization the dinosaur bone is replaced by minerals like agate or jasper through a process called permineralization, making it colorful and resembling a gemstone. This Gembone is from the Colorado Plateau of Utah and Colorado. It has spectacular blue cells with black webbing.
This piece was handcrafted by me in my studio. I do not use pre-fabricated settings, therefore each piece is a unique, one of a kind item. The item in the picture is what you will receive. All materials are natural unless otherwise stated. Please note that color may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings.
